Setting Up Waitlists

Storefront let's your customers join a waitlist for any SKUs that are fully purchased. 

Here's how to turn on the waitlist feature:

  • Log in to Checklick as a manager of your organization, and click Storefront.
  • Click Setup.
  • Scroll down to the section entitled Enable waitlists and check the checkbox.
  • Click Update at the top right of the page.

Now, when a SKU has been fully purchased, it will still appear as a choice on your Storefront page. When a customer adds a person to a full SKU, they'll be prompted to add themselves to a waitlist.
