Setting Up Waitlists

Storefront lets your customers join a waitlist for any sub-product offering that is fully purchased. 

Here's how to turn on the waitlist feature:

  1. Log in to Checklick as a manager of your organization, and click on the Storefront tab
  2. Click on Options in the black submenu.
  3. Scroll down to the section titled Options and check the checkbox Enable waitlists
  4. Click Update at the top right of the page.



Automatically add people to products when a space becomes available?

When you remove a person from a sub-product offering, the first person on the waitlist will be automatically added to the sub-product category and will be charged their balance. The person added to the course will at this time receive an email with a receipt detailing the charge.


Automatically remove people from the waitlist after the product end date

When the end date of a sub-product such as a course, event or memberships ends, any person who was on the waitlist, will be automatically removed.
